The Collective was founded in 2018 as an alliance of seasoned New York advisors with one purpose: protect close client relationships and build a culture where the whole team works on every outcome.
Each of us brings a different background and skill set. We share pricing, comps, board experience and off-market leads every week, so whichever advisor you work with, you get the full team behind you.

FounderAdam Miller
Born and raised in the Flatiron District, Adam brings a lifelong knowledge of the city and fifteen years in residential real estate. He has closed multi-million dollar sales and purchases in condos, co-ops, new development and townhouses across Manhattan and Brooklyn, and represents landlords and tenants on rentals.
Jonathan Tauzowicz
More than 25 years in Manhattan residential sales, guiding clients through life's biggest transitions: divorce, marriage, a growing family, the loss of a loved one, or downsizing after many years at home.
Patricia Laligant
In real estate since 2009. A keen listener and communicator, Patricia takes the time to understand what her sellers and buyers want, and has the experience to get it.
Alexander Mecum
A Lancaster, Pennsylvania native who came to New York in 1998 as an intern at NBC's Today Show. Alex represents buyers and sellers, plus several prominent rental landlords, with honesty, deep market knowledge and a sense of humor.
